What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and close sales.
• Follow up promptly on leads using phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales agreements and handle basic negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date records in systems like Airtable, FollowUpBoss, and LGpass.
• Generate and submit weekly performance reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Airtable, FollowUpBoss, etc.).
• Strong internet connection and access to a reliable US-based mobile phone.
• Personal laptop with basic tech skills.
• Outstanding phone skills—confidence is a must!
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a huge plus.
